Commercial Property Paralegal vacancy London
A West End law firm are central London are actively looking to recruit a Property Paralegal.
This is a full time office based role. The role is provisionally a FTC, although there is the prospect of being permanent in 2027.
Your role will be to support an established and busy property department of over 10 lawyers. The caseload will be mainly commercial property, although you will also deal with some residential matters.
Duties will include dealing with: file openings, compliance, searches, SDLT, land registry applications, sale packages, among others.
This firm are looking for Legal Assistants/Paralegals with at least 12 months property law experience - this can either be commercial of residential property.
