The Role
As a Property Coordinator, you will:
•Register and qualify prospective buyers
•Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings
•Conduct accompanied property viewings
•Proactively contact applicants regarding new property instructions
•Generate valuation opportunities for the branch
•Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcomes
•Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
•Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
•Proactively identify opportunities to generate new business
•Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch
Property Coordinator requirements:
•Previous estate agency experience
•Positive, proactive and motivated attitude
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
•Commercially minded with a genuine desire to win business
•Team player mentality
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
•Ambition to develop and progress within the property industry

Working Hours
•Monday-Friday: 8.30am-6.00pm
•Every Saturday: 8.30am-5.30pm
•Day off in lieu following Saturday working
