Job description
Temporary Data Analyst - Hybrid (Chessington/Tolworth) - £14 per hour
A well-established organisation based in the Chessington/Tolworth area is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team on an ongoing temporary contract, Min 6 months starting immediately. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of remote and office-based working.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to product supply queries from Service Centres, Customer Services, and Customers via the online portal.
Validate customer usage data and update internal systems accordingly.
Analyse sales data to identify unusual ordering patterns.
Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with key departments.
Deliver bespoke solutions for both upstream and downstream customers, with ongoing support.
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong data analysis and data entry skills.
High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
Quick to learn and adapt to new systems.
Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and comfortable working with various computer systems.
Excellent communication skills, with tact and diplomacy being essential.
Location: Chessington/Tolworth (Hybrid working pattern) Pay Rate: Circa £14 per hour Duration: 6 months (Temporary) Start Date: Immediate
