Temp Receptionists needed in Central London for short term cover

We are currently looking for temp Receptionists for sickness and holiday cover as well as longer contracts. Most positions are based in the West End with corporate industries such as Finance and Media. Hours are typically and will be paying £14 - £15 hour. It is essential to have had some previous Reception experience.

Book in for appointments

Enter details onto IT systems

Keeping reception area tidy

Booking taxis and couriers, ordering flowers

Stocktaking and administration

Accurate reservations of meeting rooms using a computerised booking system

Liaising with Directors, Catering and staff

Organising catering and audio visual equipment - occasionally assisting with setting up the rooms

Checking the meeting rooms are ready for the next meeting
