CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

Answering and transferring inbound calls and online enquiries, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and the highest standard of customer service
Accurately recording customer details and requirements when handling an enquiry
Arranging aftersales bookings by telephone and allocating work to relevant workshop teams
Providing customer estimates in line with company policy on schedules, times and pricing
Making outbound calls to customers when ordered parts have arrived and arranging convenient booking dates
Working closely with Service Team Managers and Sales Teams to maximise customer opportunities
Maintain a strong knowledge of current sales products, service packages & campaigns across the BMW & MINI product range

YOUR PROFILE.

Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment, such as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Executive, Call Centre Agent, Contact Centre Adviser, Complaint Handler, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident at resolving complex issues
Strong administration and IT skills with excellent attention to detail
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be eligible to work in the UK

SALARY AND WORKING HOURS.

Basic salary of £26,540.80 per annum with a competitive OTE of £31,580.80
Office-based role at our Bromley centre
Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern: 8.00am-5.00pm or 9.00am-6.00pm (40-hour week)
Saturdays on a rota basis (currently 1 in 6), 8.00am-2.00pm, paid as additional hours
Rate per hour £12.76
OTE Bonus Earning Per Year - £5040
