Our client is a well-established and market-leading supplier to the hospitality and foodservice sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and hardworking team based in Chessington.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and enquiries are handled professionally. This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration, and coordination with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Processing customer and sample orders via the company ERP system.
Responding to customer enquiries relating to stock availability, pricing, deliveries, and lead times.
Booking deliveries and coordinating with customer warehouses and transport providers.
Supporting the field sales team with customer requirements.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service is delivered.
Maintaining accurate records and completing general administrative duties.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Previous customer service experience.
A confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
A proactive and positive approach to work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
