Customer Service Advisor

£13.30 per hour Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm 3 month temporary contract initially

Looking to take the next step in your customer service career?

We're working with an established business in Redhill, that is expanding it's team and looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, friendly environment where you can develop your skills and grow within the role.

The Role

Manage customer enquiries across phone, email, and live chat
Provide clear, professional support and resolve issues promptly
Keep customer records accurate and up to date
Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience

About You

Confident communicator with strong problem-solving abilities
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced setting
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
