Position: Paralegal Residential Property

Location: Hybrid / central London

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience

Salary: Market Rate dependent on experience

My client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented residential property paralegal to join their busy team at our central London office. Key Responsibilities

Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
Preparing and reviewing legal documents
Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other third parties
Assisting in the progress of property files from initial instruction through to post-completion
Supporting fee earners to ensure transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in residential property / conveyancing as a Paralegal or similar
Good understanding of the residential sale and purchase process
Experience in completion and submission of required protocol forms
Good understanding of AML requirements and compliance procedures
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exposure to acting for companies would be advantageous
