B2 B Telesales Executive

Full-Time 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract Salary DOE + Monthly Commission Crawley (Hybrid Working Available)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a B2 B Telesales Executive to join a well-established and highly respected business on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fast-paced, sales-focused role where you'll be responsible for generating new business, growing revenue, and building strong relationships with customers. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll engage with prospective and existing clients, identify opportunities, and contribute to ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales through outbound B2 B telesales activity.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Use CRM systems to manage leads and update customer information accurately.
Work closely with internal teams to support subscription growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Previous B2 B telesales experience is essential.
A confident and professional communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working towards sales targets.
Experience using CRM systems.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Open to candidates from a variety of industry backgrounds.

Additional Information

Immediate start required.
Hybrid working available, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in the Crawley office, although some flexibility may be offered.
