Sales Administrator

Competitive Salary up to £29,000 + Bonus + Benefits Office Based Full Time

We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our busy Trade Sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping things organised and being an integral part of a fast-paced commercial environment.

You'll become a trusted point of contact for trade customers, supporting the sales team by processing orders, managing enquiries and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing first-class customer service by phone and email.
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Supporting the external sales team with quotations and enquiries.
Updating customers on orders, stock and deliveries.
Resolving customer queries quickly and professionally.
Building strong relationships with existing trade customers.
Maintaining accurate customer records using CRM/ERP systems.
Working closely with Warehouse, Purchasing and Customer Service teams.
Identifying opportunities to maximise sales through excellent customer service.

About You

You'll ideally have:

Previous Sales Administration or Customer Service experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude.

Experience within trade, wholesale, distribution or manufacturing would be advantageous but isn't essential.
