Up to £34,000 Permanent

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised, confident and personable Helpdesk Coordinator to join a leading company based in Tadworth.

We're looking for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, providing excellent customer service and coordinating engineers effectively. You'll be a key point of contact for customers and clients while managing the day-to-day administration that keeps the helpdesk operating efficiently.

If you're someone who can communicate confidently at all levels, enjoys being part of a busy team and appreciates a bit of office banter along the way, this could be the role for you!

The Role

As Helpdesk Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and managing engineers' daily schedules, covering both reactive and preventative maintenance
Acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients, handling telephone calls, emails and general queries
Managing engineers' diaries and allocating jobs efficiently
Completing general administration, including reviewing reports, filing and ordering parts through the internal system
Uploading and allocating documents to online systems, ensuring records are accurate and kept up to date
Preparing paperwork and documentation for site audits
Assisting with expense forms and managing holiday and sickness records
Coordinating vehicle issues and arranging servicing and maintenance bookings
Liaising with engineers, customers and internal teams to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
Providing general support to the wider team as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Ideally experienced in a helpdesk, scheduling, coordination or similar administrative role - although this isn't essential
Confident, polite and professional, with excellent communication skills
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
IT literate and comfortable using computer-based systems
Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable manner
A team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour
Educated to GCSE level, with grades C or above
A driver with a full driving licence

The Opportunity

This is a varied Helpdesk Coordinator role within a friendly and busy team, where no two days are the same.

If you're organised, enjoy working with people and are looking for a role where you can make a real difference to the smooth running of a busy helpdesk, we'd love to hear from you.
