Key Responsibilities As a Graduate Finance Data Administrator, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate collection, interpretation and input of financial data from a variety of international insurance companies.

Key duties will include:

Reviewing annual reports and financial statements
Extracting and accurately entering financial data into internal systems and databases
Interpreting information from balance sheets, income statements and accompanying financial notes
Validating and checking data to ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness
Supporting the maintenance and improvement of financial databases
Working with colleagues across teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Developing knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory requirements
Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality

Skills & Experience Required To be successful in this role, you will have:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related subject
Previous internship, placement or work experience within finance, accounting, data administration or a related environment
Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese or Korean, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong numerical and analytical abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence interpreting financial information and reports
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational and time management skills
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes
