Reed Marketing & Creative are currently working with a leading business that is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing & Events Executive to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer to take ownership of promotional and event marketing activity across a portfolio of venues, supporting business growth through creative campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and local marketing activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging marketing campaigns, promotions, and events across multiple venues.
Work closely with venue teams to identify local marketing opportunities and drive performance.
Manage campaign schedules and promotional activity to ensure timely delivery.
Create and coordinate marketing content across a range of channels.
Execute customer communications through email, SMS, and other engagement platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve future activity.
Research competitor activity and identify new marketing opportunities.
Support advertising, promotional partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure strong return on investment.
Act as a key marketing contact for operational stakeholders and support wider business projects.

The Successful Candidate Will:

Have experience in a marketing, campaigns, events, or customer engagement role.
Be confident managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
Have experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Have a commercial mindset and be comfortable working with campaign data and results.
Demonstrate creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach to work.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Enjoy collaborating with colleagues while working independently when required.
Hold a full driving licence and be willing to travel regularly.

In Return You Will Receive:
